  • Head of Digital User Market Senate, Global Media Unit at Ringier AG Media in Zurich.

  • I frequently partner with industry organizations (e.g. WAN-IFRA, International Press Institute, or Prague Civic Society) and non-profit funds as a problem-solving coach for publishers (workshops, e-learning courses, etc.).

  • I also consult brands & initiatives independently (global brands, hyperlocal gems, and non-profits in the EU, Africa, and America).

  • I recently co-authored a strategic report “How publishers can grow with today’s youth” that got vast critical acclaim from industry professionals. I write the followups in a bi-weekly blog, Youthquake and stuff, on Substack.

Previous track of success

  • Previously responsible for digital strategy and subscription growth (P&L) of Gazeta Wyborcza (Agora), the biggest Polish opinion-making newspaper. Under my supervision, Gazeta Wyborcza became the most successful paper in terms of reader revenue/CLTV and number of paying digital subscribers. There were over 260,000 at the end of 2020 (starting from scratch), making it the 10th most successful title in Europe according to FIPP. The strategy was recognized by WAN-IFRA with the European Media Award for the 'Best Paid Content Strategy in Europe' in 2020.

  • Later empowering Poland's most vibrant and badass media brand, the urban culture powerhouse newonce.media targeting Gen Z and Millenials, by leading their Business Development and Membership Strategy (10,000 paying subscribers of audio content in just 8 months!) and sitting on its Executive Board as an Executive Member.

  • For some time, along with my colleagues from newonce.radio I hosted a podcast Mediapolis about the challenges facing quality media.

Key interest in brand and product

  • As a seasoned brand marketer with extensive training, I'm now shifting gears towards product and service design.

  • Currently, I'm knee-deep in designing a digital service that champions sustainable waste management which I do for my postgraduate degree in service design. By building on my past collaborations with design teams, I'm honing my ability to communicate seamlessly with design experts at an even higher level.

  • Alumna and teaching assistant for the Harvard professor-led Leadership Academy for Poland (Center for Leadership).

  • Alumna for the Leadership Academy of Women in Digital Media (Poynter Institute, US).

  • I have led multiple high-impact consulting projects and programs on the client side, such as those run by BCG, PWC, FT Strategies, Facebook Accelerator, or Google News Initiative.
